August 2004
As many of you know, Aug 15th, Granda (my Grandmother) had an aneurysm, a veinus (spell?) bleed. We were told
she had maybe 24 hours or so. We had many praying for her and soon after arriving the following day we were told that the
vein (if I understood correctly) had collapsed and had started clotting and the swelling was coming down. By Wednesday the
doctor signed the papers for her to return to the nursing home (a fabulous place, near the farm... our large family visits
often).
Thursday I was visiting before heading home and she was actually sitting up and looking great.. the therapist had just
finished working with her. We are all so grateful for all the prayers... they made the difference. The following are some
pictures I took on Thurs, Aug. 20. Granda will be 94 in October... she looks amazing.

December 2004 News
Dec. 2nd, went to the Rascal Flatts concert that John got us the tickets for...
it was great. Julie Roberts and Chris Cagle were the opening acts and were great as well. It was really nice of John
to get the tickets for us. I've decided to share 3 of my favorites (Rascal Flatts) as background music for this page... hope
you enjoy it.
